Our Story
Alex’s journey began in America, always hearing stories from his parents who cherished their years in the restaurant industry. Alex was inspired to work in restaurants during college, where he developed a passion for healthy eating and hospitality. This passion laid dormant for a decade as Alex built skills in technology company operations and leadership, but while working in the Philippines for a company called ClickUp, Alex met Len.
Len shared Alex's love for the restaurant business. Coming from a family of restaurateurs and having gained experience from family-operated restaurants in the Philippines, Singapore, and Spain, she brought a wealth of culinary expertise and a global perspective. Healthy, high quality, delicious cuisine was a always an interest of hers, and she'd held every position from manager to chef in her mission to bring it to others.
They quickly realized their experiences and shared vision were the perfect ingredients for their own venture.
